Google's 2028 AI Accelerator Production May Exceed NVIDIA Sales Volume, Driving Google to Use Intel as a Foundry

July 31st, a Fubon Research analyst stated that the production of Google's TPUs in 2028 is expected to reach 12-15 million units, potentially exceeding or approaching the shipment volume of Nvidia's data center AI GPUs that year. Therefore, it may be necessary to rely on Intel Foundry, especially its advanced packaging capacity, to make up for the part where TSMC's supply is insufficient.
