Trump Media incurred a $360.6 million cryptocurrency loss in the first half of the year, with its BTC holdings decreasing to 9,477 coins.

August 11th, The quarterly financial report of Trump Media Group, Donald Trump's media and technology company, revealed that as of June 30th, the company held 9477.16 BTC, with a fair market value of approximately $557.1 million. This marks a decrease of 65 BTC from the 9542.16 BTC held at the end of March. Due to the decline in cryptocurrency prices, the company recorded a loss of about $360.6 million in the first half of this year.

The company's holdings of approximately 7.561 billion CRO remained unchanged, but the fair value decreased from $68 million at the end of 2025 to $40.6 million. Meanwhile, a portion of Trump Media's Bitcoin has been used for collateral, with 4260.73 BTC pledged for convertible notes and another 2077.34 BTC used for Bitcoin options strategies.

Previously, Trump Media, Crypto.com, and Yorkville Acquisition jointly decided to terminate the proposed business merger to establish the Trump Media Group CRO Strategy. The company had planned to create a large-scale CRO treasury as a publicly traded company. All parties cited reasons for the termination including "current market conditions, as well as changes in business and stakeholder priorities."
