Whale Sets "First 10 Big Goals": Still Believes Current Range Is Bitcoin's Phase Bottom, Reducing Position Not a Change in Direction but Risk Management

Aug 11, 08:24

August 11th. Contract whale 「Set 10 Big Goals First」 (@jasonleo) stated that the medium- to long-term trend assessment remains unchanged, still believing that the current area is a temporary bottom. Without an extreme structural collapse, the judgment of the bottom area for this round of BTC remains around $58,000.

He mentioned that he reduced two-thirds of his position near a cost of around $64,000, not to change direction, but to proactively control position risk and leave room for extreme scenarios. If the subsequent trend meets expectations, he will look for opportunities to gradually buy back the previously reduced position.

At the same time, he emphasized that this account is only used to record personal trades, similar to a trading diary, and reminded not to copy trades. He usually uses 3 to 5 times leverage and focuses on risk control. Recently, Bitcoin has mainly been oscillating. If position management is proper, losses are usually limited; however, for traders using high leverage such as 10 times, 50 times, the risk is significantly magnified.
