CoreWeave Surges Over 16% After Hours, Q2 Revenue Doubles Exceeding Expectations, Backlog Reaches $104 billion

August 12th: US stock market AI-specialized computing power cloud service provider CoreWeave announced its second-quarter performance, with a revenue of $2.575 billion, a year-on-year increase of 112%, exceeding the expected $2.56 billion. The core indicator, revenue backlog orders, reached approximately $104 billion, further increasing from the $99.4 billion at the end of the first quarter. The CEO stated that the expected profit margin for Q2 signed contracts was 5-10 percentage points higher than the new contracts in the past few quarters.

According to BIT (bit.com) market data, CoreWeave closed up 2.42%, with a significant post-market price surge of over 16%.
