Nebius Price Surges Over 34%, Marking Largest Gain Since September Last Year
August 13th, according to BIT (bit.com) market data, the flagship Nebius of neocloud saw its stock price rise by 34.14%, marking the largest gain since September last year, and then fell by 2.01% in after-hours trading.
Earlier reports indicated that neocloud company Nebius (NBIS) released its second-quarter financial report, with Q2 revenue reaching $582.3 million, a 454% increase from $105.1 million in the same period last year. Adjusted EBITDA for the second quarter was $236.2 million, a turnaround from a $21 million loss in the same period last year; adjusted net loss was $33.2 million, narrowing by 64% from a $91.5 million loss in the same period last year.
However, the company's net loss from continuing operations in the second quarter was $190.4 million, compared to a net profit of $502.5 million in the same period last year. In the first half of 2026, Nebius accumulated revenue of $981.3 million, a 529% year-on-year growth; adjusted EBITDA reached $365.7 million, compared to a $74.7 million loss in the same period last year.
