September 16: Polymarket VP of Engineering Josh Stevens posted that the team has now built its own indexing system using the open-source Rust tool rindexer, making on-chain events visible up to about 14 blocks earlier (about 28 seconds), and completing indexing within 0–10 milliseconds after block broadcast, approaching real time. After this, trades, positions, and balance refreshes will be faster.
