动察 Beating AI News Flash: Reflection, an AI startup backed by Nvidia, is preparing to release its first open-source model. Axios, citing people familiar with the matter, reports that the model is still expected to lag behind the strongest closed-source models in the United States, but it is already capable of competing with China's leading open-source models.

To this end, Reflection has invested heavily. The company raised $2 billion last year, and this year it has successively secured large-scale computing power, with a contract with SpaceX worth up to about $6.3 billion, and subsequently procured more than $1 billion in computing power from Nebius.

Reflection plans to package the model, deployment software, and computing power into an "AI factory," allowing enterprises and governments to train and deploy private AI systems using their own data.
