October 7 — Stablecoin payment infrastructure provider Noah announced an additional $16 million in funding, completing a $38 million seed round. Investors include Endeit Capital, FJ Labs, LocalGlobe, Felix Capital, and several angel investors.

Noah said that revenue so far in 2026 has grown 538% compared with the same period in 2025, with monthly revenue continuing to grow 31%, and more than 150 new customers added during the year, covering global platforms and financial institutions in remittances, fintech, online trading platforms, and payroll payments. Currently, Noah provides services in more than 150 markets, supports more than 60 currencies, and offers cross-border payment infrastructure to businesses and individuals through direct services and partner channels.

The new funds will be used to expand regulatory coverage, hire engineering and compliance staff, and strengthen connections with local payment networks in major trading markets. Noah also plans to open an office in New York to accelerate its expansion in the U.S. market. Its co-founder and CEO, Shah Ramezani, said the company hopes to achieve one-click international transfers and ensure that both the sending and receiving of funds comply with regulatory requirements.
