October 21 – According to a Binance announcement, one of the largest overnight alternative trading systems (ATS) in the United States experienced intermittent network connectivity issues from 03:46 to 06:30 (UTC) on October 21. When settling funding rates at 08:00 (UTC) on October 21, Binance will remove the premium index for all US stock-underlying TradFi perpetual contracts during that period, and it will no longer be included in the funding rate.
