Nov 1, 22:18

November 1: SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell announced that more than 2 million SpaceX shares donated by her and her husband Robert will be distributed to children's "Trump Accounts" in December. The first batch of shares is being transferred into a custodial account and will go to children aged 11 to 17 whose ZIP code has a median household income of no more than $57,000, as well as children of the same age in ZIP codes where income data is not published because the population is too small. Affected families will be notified by Monday. The second batch of donations will be finalized in a few weeks, covering children in families stationed overseas, foster children, and children of the same age in some Texas counties with a median household income of no more than $90,000. The U.S. Treasury Department, the IRS, the Dell Foundation and others took part in this donation.
