Circle Mints 1 Billion USDC on Solana Network Within 10 Minutes

November 3 — According to Whale Alert monitoring, between 02:12 and 02:22 (UTC+8), the USDC Treasury minted 1 billion USDC on the Solana network in 4 transactions of 250 million each. Solscan data shows that the receiving address is a USDC Treasury token account controlled by Circle, which currently holds approximately 1.756 billion USDC.
