79thVault allegedly hit in an attack, losing approximately $12.5 million

On October 08, monitoring by CertiK revealed suspicious activity at the decentralized protocol 79thVault. The attacker used a privileged function to dump 2.01 million 79AU tokens and transferred 16,200 BNB (approximately $12.5 million) to the attacker's address. Currently, about 90% of the stolen funds remain in the associated address, and the project team has extended a 10% bug bounty offer to it.
