Kirill Tsarev emphasized that it is crucial to build secure and easy-to-understand tools, taking regulatory policies into account. He anticipates that during the initial phase, despite high market attention, trading volumes may remain relatively small, with most customers primarily focusing on trying out and testing how the system operates.
