On October 8, according to TASS, the Moscow Exchange (Moscow Exchange) plans to provide cryptocurrency trading services under the new regulatory framework starting December 1. Boris Blokhin, Senior Managing Director of the Moscow Exchange, stated that the exchange will continue with relevant testing prior to its official launch.
