Nebius Partners with Accel and NVIDIA to Launch a $10 Million Initiative to Fully Support European AI Developers

On October 19, Nebius announced the further expansion of its AI Developer Program (Nebius AI Builder Program) across Europe, partnering with Accel, NVIDIA, and a network of European venture capital firms to commit $10 million to compute grants, capital matchmaking, and community initiatives.

The program aims to assist European developers in building and deploying an open, independent AI ecosystem, encompassing open model development, coding agents, inference and infrastructure tools, reinforcement learning, and evaluation data tools. Beyond providing compute resources, it will facilitate connections between open-source teams and investment firms to drive commercialization, and will collaborate with NVIDIA and local European communities to host hackathons and demo days, accelerating European AI innovation projects from early-stage incubation to scalable deployment.
