Strategy Shareholders Approve Daily Dividend Amendment, STRC to Begin Payouts on November 1

On October 28, Strategy founder and chairman Michael Saylor (@saylor) posted that MSTR shareholders have approved a daily dividend amendment, with preliminary results showing 99.3% voting in favor. The amendment allows STRF, STRC, STRK, and STRD preferred shares to accrue dividends on a per-calendar-day basis.

After the new rules take effect, each calendar day will serve as a dividend record date, with dividends paid on the next business day. For STRC, the first record date and payment date are November 1 and November 2, respectively. For STRF, STRK, and STRD, the first record date and payment date are January 1 and January 4 of next year, respectively.
