October 28: Avail has launched ShieldTX, a privacy tool for Hyperliquid traders, which reduces the ability of on-chain copy-trading bots to link transaction records and replicate trading strategies by creating a separate wallet for each perpetual contract position.
It is reported that the tool analyzed 332,317 trading wallets on Hyperliquid and conducted a sample study of 7 of the top 100 traders and suspected copy-trading wallets, estimating that the median additional cost per trade for copied traders due to execution price impact is 63 basis points, or 0.63%. The study also shows that about 29% of the top 150 accounts on Hyperliquid use sub-accounts, but the related wallets may still be linked on-chain. (The Block)
