AI Inference Startup Fal Raises $1.3 Billion at $16 Billion Valuation

On November 4, AI inference startup Fal closed a $1.3 billion Series F funding round, reaching a valuation of $16 billion, double the $8 billion valuation set in April this year. The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with NVIDIA, Sound Ventures, and T. Rowe Price participating.

Fal also announced its Series E and F rounds, raising a combined $1.65 billion, with the earlier Series E round led by Sequoia Capital. Headquartered in San Francisco, Fal provides hosting and deployment services for AI video, image, and audio models; citing Bloomberg, the report noted that the company's annualized revenue surpassed $800 million earlier this year.
