On November 4, data from the Decision Desk HQ website shows that the Democratic Party has secured 51 confirmed Senate seats, while the Republican Party holds 40, meeting the threshold of 51 seats required to control the Senate.

PS: Securing 51 seats means the Democrats hold a majority in the 100-seat Senate, allowing them to control it unilaterally.
