Binance Co-founder CZ: Sentiment Analysis Reveals Another Attack
On November 4, Binance co-founder CZ published a post citing an analysis of social media sentiment following the Binance hack, stating that it constitutes another attack on Binance.
The author of the analysis stated that within the sample, 1,083 accounts published approximately 11,700 negative posts targeting Binance, garnering around 20.93 million impressions, of which 3,354 were classified by the author as false information. The analysis also noted that among the 641 most active accounts, 452 displayed observable links in coordinated behavior with other accounts.
The author clarified that so-called coordination is simply a description of behavioral patterns, while group affiliation is inferential, and does not amount to an accusation that any organization or individual hired or orchestrated these accounts.
