Crypto Trading Tool SignalPlus Completes Compensation to 23 Affected Users

On November 8 that, according to SignalPlus, the platform completed full compensation to all 23 affected users within 72 hours of detecting abnormal activity on November 4, amounting to a total of $81,897.

SignalPlus stated that upon discovering the anomaly, it notified partner exchanges and initiated the suspension of all related API keys, while suspending affected platform services and launching a security review. The team is strengthening API access requirements, implementing IP whitelist verification, and tightening internal access controls; services will be gradually restored after system reviews and security upgrades are completed.
