After TUT's surge, is the next player MUBARAK? Funds replicate Aster's new contract script, reigniting a 100% surge

Aug 10, 10:33

August 10th. According to GMGN monitoring, the BSC ecosystem Meme coin MUBARAK saw another sharp increase in trading volume early this morning. The price rose from around $0.013 to nearly $0.03, a surge of over 100%, with a peak market value approaching $30 million. It is currently trading at around $23.68 million, with a 24-hour increase of about 50% and a trading volume of approximately $17.2 million during the same period.

This round of increase occurred directly after the launch of a new Aster contract. Early yesterday morning, Aster announced the launch of the MUBARAK perpetual contract, supporting up to 5 times leverage. Subsequently, MUBARAK quickly broke out of the consolidation phase around a $13 million market cap.

The market may be replicating the trading script seen with TUT previously. After Aster launched the TUT perpetual contract with up to 5 times leverage on August 6th, TUT first rose by over 50%, then evolved into a short-squeeze rally primarily driven by leveraged funds, with a one-day surge of about 300%. Similarly, this time MUBARAK saw a rapid surge after the new listing on Aster, with funds starting to trade along a similar path.

Both MUBARAK and TUT are well-known tokens on the BSC, and both were selected in the first "Vote to List" by Binance in March 2025, followed by their spot market listing. From a timeline perspective, this resurgence of MUBARAK leans more towards the "Aster Listing + Leverage Funds + Rotation of Old Coins" trading template formed after TUT's meteoric rise, rather than presenting a new narrative.
