Final rules for implementing the GENIUS Act are expected to be issued by the end of October.

October 15 — Crypto reporter Eleanor Terrett posted that U.S. Comptroller of the Currency Jonathan Gould said the OCC's final rules implementing the GENIUS Act are expected to be released soon, before the end of October.

Gould made the remarks at the Milken Institute's "Building the New Digital Economy" event, held alongside DC Fintech Week.
