Binary Builders, the former core maintenance team of Cosmos SDK, has announced its shutdown, with most members joining Celestia.

October 20 - Marko Baricevic, co-founder of Binary Builders, the former core maintenance team of Cosmos SDK, announced on social media that he will officially bring Binary Builders to a close and end the company's independent operations.

According to Marko, most members of the Binary team have joined the modular blockchain network Celestia. He himself has been involved since the early days of the Celestia project and spoke highly of the team, saying he looks forward to seeing what they will build together in the future. However, Marko decided not to join the team and instead chose to take some time off to recharge and explore new ideas.

With the company's shutdown, Binary Builders will no longer take on any new projects, and its existing validator node business will transition and be handed over to Validatus in the coming weeks.
