October 27: Anduril and Qualcomm announced the launch of the BlueChip product line, aimed at rebuilding U.S. computer manufacturing capacity. The first product is a laptop designed and assembled in the United States, powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon X series platform. Anduril has produced a functional prototype and plans to begin taking orders in 2027. More than 90% of the prototype's component procurement cost comes from U.S. and allied suppliers. Circuit board assembly is planned at Anduril's Arsenal-1 facility in Ohio. BlueChip targets government, defense, emergency response and public safety sectors, will be rolled out in phases, and has a long-term goal of establishing a fully domestic supply chain.
