October 28: According to Strategy's official announcement, the company's shareholders have approved the "daily dividend" amendment. Preliminary vote counts show 99.3% in favor. The amendment allows the four preferred stocks STRF, STRC, STRK and STRD to accrue dividends on each calendar day; each calendar day serves as a dividend record date, with dividends paid on the following business day. For STRC, the first record date and payment date are November 1 and November 2 respectively, while the other three preferred stocks are January 1 and January 4 respectively.
