glassnode: Whale BTC Short Positions on Hyperliquid Hit Highest Since October 2025

November 8: According to glassnode data, "whale" users on the Hyperliquid platform are increasing their BTC short positions. After maintaining a net long position for 7 months, their net position turned net short two weeks ago. Their current short exposure has reached its highest level since October 2025. The last time such large short positions were held, the price saw a significant decline.
