On October 9, according to Jinshi Data, The New York Times, citing U.S. officials, reported that despite President Trump’s ongoing hesitation over whether to restart the war against Iran, the U.S. military has been actively preparing large-scale operational plans.

Currently, the U.S. Department of Defense has officially formulated a new three-day strike plan targeting Iran. The plan focuses on rapidly executing high-intensity strike operations, aiming to shrink the target's defensive response time by concentrating naval and air forces. To facilitate the implementation of the plan, the U.S. is expected to urgently deploy three aircraft carriers to the Middle East to strengthen its regional military projection capabilities.
