Robinhood Chain Considers Introducing Paid Transaction Priority Mechanism
On October 10 that, according to CoinDesk, Robinhood Chain is evaluating a new transaction ordering system that will allow users to pay fees on the blockchain to secure priority for their transactions. It is reported that this technology comes from Arbitrum, Robinhood Chain's infrastructure provider. Unlike the previously unadopted "Time Boost," what is currently being evaluated is an updated version named "Priority Gas Auctions."
Currently, Robinhood Chain follows a first-come, first-served transaction processing policy. Under the new model, the trading system will allow traders to pay higher fees to ensure their specific transactions are processed ahead of others. This pay-for-priority model aims to provide speed advantages similar to those in Wall Street high-frequency trading, enabling professional institutions to seize opportunities in rapidly shifting market conditions.
