Analysts warn that ADA's SuperTrend indicator has turned bearish, with historically similar signals previously triggering a 46% pullback.
On October 20, crypto analyst Ali posted that the Cardano (ADA) SuperTrend indicator has turned bearish, issuing a sell signal. The last time a similar signal appeared was on May 22, followed by a 46% price pullback. Technically, although whales holding between 100 million and 1 billion ADA have maintained relatively stable positions over the past 10 days without showing a clear directional bias, the sell signal has already been triggered. However, price confirmation of the breakdown is pending, so the $0.21 key support level—which also serves as the lower edge of ADA's ascending channel—requires close attention. A daily close below this level could indicate that the ascending channel has been breached, potentially driving prices further down to $0.17.
