On October 28, according to journalist Eleanor Terrett (@EleanorTerrett), an updated notice released Tuesday evening showed that JPMorgan, AMD, Applied Materials, Coca-Cola, Adobe, Dell, and SanDisk have joined the opposition to the tokenization of their shares on a platform proposed by OKX and Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). Previously on October 27, IBM, Oracle, Intel, and IonQ had raised objections, bringing the total to 26 at the time. OKX and ICE initially identified 62 companies, with more than half now objecting. The initiative is advancing under an Innovation Exemption from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
