Hyperscale Data hires Newmark to arrange non-dilutive long-term debt financing for Michigan AI data center campus

On October 28, according to an announcement released by PR Newswire, AI data center company Hyperscale Data (GPUS) listed on NYSE American announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Alliance Cloud Services (ACS) has hired commercial real estate services firm Newmark to seek potential lenders for the development and expansion of its Michigan AI data center campus, to secure non-dilutive long-term debt financing and reduce reliance on additional common stock issuances. Newmark previously arranged a $7.1 billion construction loan for an AI data center project in Abilene, Texas in 2025, and facilitated $975 million in financing for a new data center in Northern Virginia in 2026.

Operated by ACS, the campus has entered into a 10-year master service agreement with a new-generation cloud service provider based in California, initially providing 20 megawatts of critical AI computing capacity. The customer holds two five-year renewal options and has a right of first offer for an additional 32 megawatts of capacity, bringing the total capacity up to 52 megawatts. The company expects the initial 10-megawatt capacity to be powered on in December 2026 and begin generating revenue.
