DeepSeek website and API services are experiencing partial outages

On November 03, according to the official DeepSeek status page, partial interruptions occurred in DeepSeek's web and API services at 16:58 (Beijing Time). Affected services include the Chat Service, DeepSeek V4 Pro API, and DeepSeek V4.1 Flash API.

DeepSeek stated that repair measures have been implemented, recovery is being continuously monitored, and it has not yet announced that the incident is fully resolved.
