Opinion: BTC Seller Exhaustion Index Enters ‘Extreme Levels’ for First Time in Current Bear Market

August 11th, Trader Murphy (@Murphychen888) stated that Glassnode's latest indicator, the BTC Seller Exhaustion Index, has entered the "Extreme Exhaustion Zone" for the first time in this bear market, which comprehensively measures low volatility and high loss conditions.

Murphy pointed out that similar signals in history have usually appeared in the bottom range of bear markets, but the first trigger does not necessarily correspond to the absolute low point; if subsequent prices remain volatile or continue to decline, and the index does not make new lows, the historical certainty of a second signal is usually higher.
