Iranian media: Iran is reviewing a new U.S. proposal delivered via Qatar.

October 3rd, according to Iranian media reports, Iran is reviewing a new US proposal transmitted through Qatar, which outlines a roadmap and timetable for final negotiations.

The proposal is based on the Islamabad framework but seeks earlier nuclear talks. However, Iran continues to insist that the US first fulfill its commitments, including sanctions relief and the release of frozen funds. Iran's seven main conditions remain unchanged, and negotiations with Oman on a new shipping route in the Strait of Hormuz have also made progress.
