November 8 - According to Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, Tether, which holds approximately 11.5% of Juventus shares, will participate in the club's €250 million capital increase, contributing €28.8 million in proportion to its shareholding. At the shareholders' meeting held on November 3, Tether voted in favor of the capital increase proposal put forward by major shareholder Exor.

However, Tether abstained from voting on all other resolutions at the ordinary shareholders' meeting, including the approval of financial statements recording a €66 million loss, board appointments, and the executive performance compensation plan. The compensation plan stipulates that executives can receive Juventus stock awards upon meeting financial, sporting, and share price performance targets during a three-year assessment period.

In 2025, Tether objected to the procedural arrangements of a €98 million capital increase, demanding protection of existing shareholders' preemptive rights and immediate clarification of the issuance price and number of shares to avoid dilution of its stake. Although its proposal was rejected, it still contributed €11.7 million to participate in the capital increase. Additionally, Tether's acquisition offer to Exor in December 2025 was also rejected.
