Nov. 8 — According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Tether, which holds about 11.5% of Juventus, will participate in the €250 million capital increase proposed by major shareholder Exor and will contribute €28.8 million (about $32.16 million) in proportion to its stake. At the Nov. 3 shareholders' meeting, Tether abstained on all other ordinary proposals, including approval of financial statements showing a €66 million loss, director appointments and an executive incentive plan. In December 2025, Tether proposed to the Agnelli family holding company to acquire all of Juventus' shares, but was rejected.
