Hyperscale Data completes tokenization of 5,000 troy ounces of silver; AI subsidiary askROI plans listing in Q2 or Q3 2027

October 18 – According to PRNewswire, U.S.-listed company Hyperscale Data announced that it has completed the tokenization of 5,000 troy ounces of physical silver through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary Ault Global Commodities, and has listed the related tokens on the Ault Markets platform, with trading expected to begin within a few weeks.

In addition, Hyperscale Data also disclosed that its AI technology subsidiary askROI is preparing for an independent listing, with potential options including a reverse takeover (RTO), an initial public offering (IPO), or a listing through a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), and plans to complete the related transaction in the second or third quarter of 2027, though the specific timing depends on the transaction method ultimately chosen and is subject to financial and regulatory requirements, market conditions, and other factors.
