UBTech establishes embodied intelligence company with registered capital of 20 million yuan

On October 20, citing Zhitong Finance, Tianyancha App shows Huizhou Guanfu Embodied Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Hao Baoyu as its legal representative and a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope includes AI application software development, intelligent robot R&D, AI basic software development, data processing and storage support services, among others. Shareholder information shows the company is wholly owned by Shenzhen Tongzai Embodied Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., which in turn is wholly owned by Shenzhen UBTech Technology Co., Ltd., a Hong Kong-listed company.
