OKX founder Star: Cross-site UIDs should be globally unique or transfers based solely on UIDs should be prohibited.

On November 8 that according to OKX founder Star, UIDs across different sites under the OKX brand must either maintain global uniqueness, or users must not be permitted to execute cross-site internal transfers solely based on their UID.

Star stated that a UID is an account identifier. If the same UID exists across different sites within the same brand yet allows cross-site transfers via UID, it could lead to incorrect recipient account identification and misdirected funds.
