Beating AI News Flash: Anthropic's dedicated IPO website `ipo.anthropic.com` is now live. The page is very minimalist, featuring only three circles from small to large and a single line: "More information to come."

Developers who inspected the page code found that the site has preset regional paths for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Japan, and also includes Japanese prompt text.

Anthropic plans to issue shares to retail investors in Japan, the UK, Canada, Australia, and some European countries, and has announced participating institutions including Interactive Brokers, Revolut, and SBI. Japanese regulatory filings show that the planned local offering size is up to approximately $3.5 billion.

Anthropic publicly filed its IPO prospectus on October 26 and plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT. The company may launch its listing roadshow in the week of November 9, aiming to complete the listing by the end of the month.
