Nvidia Plans $3 Billion Investment for Stake in Meta, Deepening Collaboration on AI Assistant Muse

October 27: According to NetEase Tech, Nvidia and Meta announced a major strategic partnership under which Nvidia plans to invest $3 billion in a Meta equity issuance, while the two sides will comprehensively deepen cooperation in the artificial intelligence (AI) assistant Muse and related large-model fields.

This $3 billion direct equity investment marks a closer alliance of interests between the two tech giants, spanning AI's underlying computing power and top-level applications. As the hardware core of the partnership, Meta will significantly expand its deployment of Nvidia's next-generation computing infrastructure to directly respond to surging market demand for efficient AI computing resources.
